Computer Science & Engineering

Computer Science Engineering was Established in the year 2000 with an intake of 90 and enhanced to 120 in the year 2008 with a lateral entry intake of 10%. The department is maintaining high standard by revising th academic syllabi to suit the Industrial requirements. Apart from the academics CSE department organize workshops with the professionals. The department is maintaining aqualified team of faculty members to assist the enthusiastic students to reach the Industrial Standards.

Computer Engineers Society

The Computer Engineers Society is an organisation dedicated
to form a passionate community for Computer Scientists & Engineers.
WE organise projectexpo,technical competitions,socila events to outreach a diverse set of events & activities that should appeal
to any passionate Computer Scientist or Engineers.
We conduct online workshop jointy funded by MHRD and IIT Bombay.

I congratulate CSE students for organizing technical event "LAURUS-2K13"

In this era of technology that had embedded in our system which had taken rapid strides, making human reach out to the extremes.
This advancement should be the foundation for the new generation to work on it.

The management of RIT encourages on hand practical training to student by offering advanced facilities in its industrial units.

This is an opportunity for the students to interact with out side world enabling themselves to share the knowledge which will eventually generate new ideas to pursue futher the same in a progressive manner.

About College

RIT was Established in the year 2000 by the Regency Educational Society under the aegis of Regency Group of Industries with the objective of promoting Higher Technical Education Coupled with in-house practical training in their Industrial Organizations.
RIT is affilited to Pondicherry University, which is the Central University. RIT offers B.tech Programme in 5 major Discipines viz., Computer Science & Engineering , Electronics Communication & Engineeering, Electrial & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and one Post Grauduate course in Business Administration. The annual intake is 465 for UG course and 60 for PG course.
The Institute is spread over an area of 62 acres close to confluence of river Godavari with Bay of Bangal, which provids an excellent picturesque view with lustre green patches around.

We the department of CSE and the organising body memebers of LAURUS 2k13 invite the aspirant from different corners of the country to participate in this tech fest to share their view and innvoative thoughts to make this event a grand success.
